General Incorporated Association TRINITY FOUNDATION ("the Foundation") establishes the following policy to fulfill its social responsibility and conduct sound operations by severing all relationships with anti-social forces such as organized crime groups. This policy applies to all officers, employees, and stakeholders of the Foundation.

1. Basic Policy

The Foundation takes a resolute stance as an organization against anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society, and is committed to severing all such relationships.

2. Response to Anti-Social Forces

  • Severance and refusal of transactions: We do not engage in any relationship or transaction with anti-social forces.
  • Refusal of unjust demands: We firmly refuse any unjust demands from anti-social forces.
  • Cooperation with external specialists: We cooperate with police, anti-violence centers, attorneys, and other external specialists so that we can respond promptly when needed.
  • Prohibition of provision of benefits: We do not provide money, goods, or any economic benefit to anti-social forces under any pretext.
  • Legal response: We respond to unjust demands through both civil and criminal legal means.

3. Internal Framework

To ensure the effectiveness of this policy, the Foundation designates a department responsible for response and provides necessary education and guidance to relevant officers and staff. We confirm in advance that counterparts are not anti-social forces before entering into sponsorship, partnership, membership, outsourcing, or other transactions.

4. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all officers, employees, volunteers, outsourcing partners, sponsors, members, and other stakeholders of the Foundation.

5. Amendments

Amendments to this policy require approval by a resolution of the board of directors.
