With the rise of nuclear families and the decline of regional activities, young people are losing their "third place" outside school and home, and social isolation is becoming more common.

While AI and advanced digital technologies spread rapidly, access to and learning opportunities for these technologies vary dramatically depending on region and economic background — a clear digital divide.

Isolation and a Lack of Opportunities to Challenge

Young people lack the stepping stones to try new things without fear of failure, and the adult community that approves and supports their challenges. Self-efficacy struggles to develop in this environment.
