Service Delivery

Services are delivered according to the schedule of each program, school, or event. Specific delivery dates and durations are confirmed at the time of application.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of the services, cancellations and refunds for customer convenience are not accepted in principle after application. The following exceptions apply:

• If a program is cancelled at the Foundation's discretion, fees will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made by a certain period prior to the start date follow the policy provided at the time of application.
• If application information is incorrect, we will correct or refund as appropriate.

For online programs, please prepare a stable internet connection, a recommended browser (latest Google Chrome / Safari / Edge), and a device with audio/video capability. Details are provided at the time of application.
